Overview
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Send an email to returns@needifyeg.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Our customer service team will contact you to arrange for our courier to collect the order from your location.
- Once we receive and review the returned item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging, we will:
- Refund the payment to your original payment method, or
- Exchange the item(s) for your chosen replacement.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds and exchanges are not available for items marked as final sale.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
